BnT Appointment & Consultation Policy

Consultations & Quotes

Consultations and quotes are always free of charge.
There is no obligation to book services after receiving a consultation or quote.

Booking Services

Appointments may be scheduled through our online booking system, email, or Phone.
Multiple services can be booked at the same time, as long as the time slot allows.
Longer projects may require separate bookings.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no cost.
Rescheduling within 24 hours may include a $25 reschedule fee.

Cancellations

Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance: no fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours: $50 fee.
Missed appointments (no-shows): $50 fee.

Multiple Appointments

A maximum of two consultation slots may be booked at the same time without prior approval.
Please allow a 15-minute buffer between back-to-back appointments.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in limited booking access.
